Eagan, MN â€” Kidspo , the annual event that brings families and kids together for a fun day filled with tons of kidsâ€™ activities and entertainment, will take place on Saturday, September 30 at the Eagan Community Center. Co-hosted by Sun Thisweek, Twin Cities Kids Club, Twin Cities Frugal Mom, and Tumblewalla, this yearâ€™s Kidspo will feature a Home Depot kids workshop, fashion show, Nerf gun fights and Crayola Experience activities. An assortment of vendors will be exhibiting.
â€œKidspo is truly a fun time for the whole family,â€ said a spokesperson for the event organizer. â€œWe are going to have activities that will appeal to a range of ages as well as some cool companies sharing what they offer. Parents will find it enjoyable, too.â€
With the goal of connecting families, kids, and communities, Kidspo features interactive corners with local groups. These include the Works Museum, MacPhail School of Music, Crayola Experience and Project My Neighborhood. Pacifier will present a Kids Fashion Show. The Gold and Silver sponsors are respectively; Ballet Royale Minnesota, MedExpress, Christian Heritage Academy, Dentistry for Children & Adolescents, The Urgency Room. Also, do remember that food will be available for purchase as well.
The event also presents more than 50 booths displaying everything families need or will need. Exhibitors include USA Karate, TinyDiva Princess Party, Studio4 Dance, Fit Academy, Healthsource, Pella, Atlantis Swim Academy and many others. Several vendors will be offering games, contests and activities at their booths. For example, MN Wellness Connection will be providing free chair massages as well as onsite health evaluations. Come join MacPhail Center for Music will preside over a â€œSing, Play, Learnâ€ event where children can make their very own musical tube horn to take home.
Kidspo will take place from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
