2 Min Read

Hair is not just important for women, it is equally important for men too. Earlier, it was easy to walk into a store and pick products and walk out. Thanks to globalization, market is brimming with products of all types and kind, making purchase tricky. We hardly know what we need and what we don’t! If we talk about hair care products, there’s hair oil, mask, cream, shampoo, serum, etc. Then come styling care products and styling products and more. But, what are essentials? This is a matter of personal choice and requirements.

For anyone, the products needed vary based on hair type and issues. If you have healthy locks, you’ll need a good hair oil, gentle shampoo and conditioner. If you have wavy locks, you may need something to tame your hair, whereas, for damaged hair, additional care is needed. Basically, it boils down to your needs

Irrespective of your hair type, hair oil is very important. You may choose lighter hair oil if you have oily hair or have to go for work. But, you can never skip oil. In this modern era, most of us ignore oil and think it is old-fashioned or greasy. But, only oil can moisturize, nourish, repair and rejuvenate your hair. Before I take hair shower, I make sure to apply oil and leave it for at least an hour. I apply light oil like Argan, after shower and my hair is dry. I apply it before heading out, so pores are still open and clean to receive the oil.

Do you know a leave-in conditioner is my first personal choice of hair conditioner? Yes, it is gentle compared with wash-off conditioner and can also, nourish and shine my hair. A conditioner is good, as it can restore lost moisture and also give shine and sheen to hair that has lost its luster, due to styling or excessive use of chemical or heat.

I also always make sure I use a mild and natural shampoo, so I don’t strip off my hair’s essential nutrients Harsh or chemical laden shampoos can rip-off moisture and nourishment, besides damaging the hair. I choose daily use shampoo, though I wash my hair 2 – 3 times a week

I use a wide-toothed comb for detangling my wavy hair and normal comb for normal combing, but both are wooden combs I don’t use brush, nor a hair dryer. I rarely use it without heat, when am out for occasion and make use of a protective product to avert hair damage I use Argan based hair nourishment products as they’re light, nutrient-rich, restore and rejuvenate my hair and promotes long and lustrous locks. They’re the best nourishment for hair and do a great job at easing frizz. When you stick to these basics, your hair will love you back and grow out long and strong. That’s what we women want right? These suggestions work for men too and men with hair loss issues can definitely give this a try – of course, with a few tweaks, to suit your style.Curious about which argan oil + leave in conditioner for thin hair I buy?
