Louisville, Kentucky – November 7, 2016 – R&R Limousine(http://rrlimo.com/) is now home to two ROSE Awards VIP’s – Eddie Fieldhouse III, a finalist in the “Attractions” CatID and Glen Wyatt, a winner in the “Transportation” CatID.

The ROSE Awards(http://www.louisvilleroseawards.com/), which stands for Recognition of Service Excellence, are given to the “unsung heroes” of Louisville’s service industry who have committed themselves to a career in tourism. Awards are offered in the categories of Accommodations, Attractions, Behind the Scenes, Dining, Transportation and Volunteers.

Attracting 12.7 million visitors annually and contributing nearly $1.4 billion to Louisville’s economy each year, the Louisville tourism industry employs thousands of people. When Louisville’s hospitality employees roll out the red carpet for visitors, they come back again and again. The goal of the ROSE awards is to celebrate that.

“We are incredibly proud that two of our employees were nominated to receive a ROSE award,” said owner Carey Fieldhouse. “Our top priority as a company is to provide exceptional service to our clients – many of whom are visiting from out of town. The key to exceptional service is having great employees who really care about their job and we are so pleased to see two of our own be recognized for their outstanding service in the Louisville hospitality community.”

This year’s winner for the “Transportation” CatID was R&R Limousine driver Glen Wyatt. Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Glen spent 40 years with the United States Postal Office before transitioning into the transportation industry, where he has earned the reputation of being one of Louisville’s most trusted and most knowledgeable chauffeurs over the past eight years.

Eddie Fieldhouse III, R&R Limousine’s Services Development Representative, was a finalist for the “Attractions” CatID. Following in his family’s footsteps, Eddie is taking customer service to an entirely new level. Eddie’s role at R&R has evolved to become more of a personal concierge for those traveling in and around Louisville and can most appropriately be summed up as Louisville’s Personal Host. Eddie is there for his clients through the entire process of their stay, from the planning to the execution to the follow up – Eddie acts a reliable resource on all things Louisville.

“We would like to congratulate both Eddie and Glen for their ROSE Awards recognition,” said Eddie Fieldhouse Jr. “It is an honor to have two employees of R&R identified as industry leaders.”
