Corporate Health and wellbeing services are now days becoming more and more popular with almost all the companies around the world. The reason behind that is simple – it is rewarding to both the employee as well as the employer.
When it comes to the benefits that they have to the employer, these programs increase the productivity of the employee, reduce his absenteeism and make his mentally and physically fit to work.

After a few years, you’ll actually be saving 300 – 400 pounds per employee because of the reduced medical expenses as a result of the wellness programs. This money might take a bit of time to actually materialize but you’ll see them in the reduced medical bills.

You might find the above information hard to believe but the recent survey by the Art of Health Promotion tells us that companies that are actually using these schemes are getting a 30% cut back on absenteeism and reduced medical bills in a time period of four years after implementation. Rather than spending money extravagantly on staff discounts schemes, you can take some of that money out and spend it on something that is meaningful and vigorous as these health and wellbeing programs.
